Iwan Thomas

Iwan Thomas is a British former sprinter and Olympic athlete, specializing in the 400m. Born in 1974, he won gold medals at the European Championships and Commonwealth Games and remains one of Britain’s greatest one-lap runners. Since retiring, he has worked as a sports commentator and motivational speaker. In 2015, he competed on Strictly Come Dancing, but his athleticism did not translate well to the ballroom, leading to his early exit in Week 3.
