Harry Leslie Aikines-Aryeetey (born 29 August 1988 in Carshalton, Sutton, England) is an English sprinter and television personality. He became the first athlete to win both 100 m and 200 m gold at the 2005 World Youth Championships, earning BBC Young Sports Personality and IAAF Rising Star of the Year awards. As a senior, he won multiple relay gold medals at European and Commonwealth Games, plus 100 m bronze and relay gold at the 2014 European Championships. He later appeared as “Nitro” in BBC’s *Gladiators* (2023), on *Celebs on the Farm* (2021), *Celebrity MasterChef* (2024), and will compete in Strictly Come Dancing in 2025.
